We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
• Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
• To update daily sales in system and SOP compliances
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.
• Attend other work related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
• Make regular visits to clients’ to build rapport and to conduct presentations and/or premises inspections when necessary.
• Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy.
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in Sales
• Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success

• Ability to work onsite and go on joint visits with Technical and Service colleagues
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations
• Autonomous and thrive on challenges
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

• Record and track all stock movements in the system, including goods coming in and going out, local and overseas shipments, label changes, and material conversions. This role involves handling raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and packaging materials using SAP and MES, making sure stock records are always accurate.
• Loads materials using forklifts into trucks and installs padding and secures goods to preventshifting or damage in transit
• Check of all related freight and delivery documents for completeness and correctness.

Lead the design, build, and optimisation of business‑critical applications and automation solutions that integrate across enterprise systems. Combine architecture leadership with hands‑on engineering to accelerate delivery, reliability, and scale.

Key responsibilities

• Work with relevant stakeholders to understand user requirements, analyse current issues/gaps, identify improvement opportunities, propose digital solution and development roadmap.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle: discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Create apps and automation: improve user experience and efficiency by digitalize manual business workflow/process.
• Implement automation across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, release management, and test automation.
• Engineer integrations and APIs; design event‑driven workflows and orchestration across SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Establish and enforce best practices for security, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with product/operations to refine requirements, maintain backlogs, and deliver incremental value.
• Build observability (logging, metrics, tracing); lead incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Mentor engineers, lead design/code reviews, and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Contribute to governance: estimation, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Track KPIs (deploy frequency, lead time, MTTR, defect rates) and drive continuous improvement

What you will do

• Arranging appointments with pharmacists and HCPs, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular “cold” calling.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with outlet staff and supporting administrative staff
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlet
• Reaching (and if possible, exceeding) annual sales targets
