Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of employment practices and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advisory to business units on applicable laws, regulations, MAS notices, guidelines, and internal policies.
• Manage the upkeep of Bank’s regulatory compliance matrix by managing regulatory changes and advising business units on regulatory implication.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of corporate transactions, MAS regulations, and banking products.
