The Role 

You will provide support for high-quality monitoring, data assurance, and learning activities within the Safe Water Program (TA & LMT) throughout Andhra Pradesh. You need to ensure timely and accurate monitoring at the field level, assist in tracking vendor performance, promote continuous improvement, and enhance evidence-based decision-making at both the state and district levels.

Responsibilities

Field Monitoring and Verification

• Conduct routine monitoring visits across assigned districts/sites to validate IM team activities.
• Use SurveyCTO and other digital tools to collect high-quality, geo-tagged, and time-stamped monitoring data.
• Verify water point surveys, device spot checks, device performance, and adoption progress.
• Support CE–Model B observation activities, including ToT sessions, VM training, Activity 3–7 field observations, and rapid assessments.

Partner Performance Tracking ( Four-Function Model)

• Track weekly and monthly progress of Implementing Contractors (Hanna Device Calibration), ISA–Model B partners, Third-Party Agencies (Hanna Device Calibration), and Implementing Firms against agreed deliverables.
• Identify delays, gaps, or deviations in real time and escalate to the State MLE Manager.
• Maintain district-level performance dashboards covering quality, timeliness, and consistency metrics.
• Cross-check survey data with field observations and program MIS records.

Data Quality Assurance ( DQA)

• Conduct routine data audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to protocols.
• Validate WPS, pre-implementation, performance, process monitoring, and FC dose check data.
• Monitor translation quality, data labelling, survey logic, and enumerator performance.
• Carry out de-facto and post-facto verification checks as per program frameworks.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with TA and LMT field teams and, where required, with Mandal and district-level stakeholders (EA, PC) and vendor coordinators to streamline field execution.
• Provide on-ground support during government engagements, field demonstrations, community activities, and sample verification exercises.

Learning and Documentation

• Prepare monitoring notes, district insights, gap analyses, and weekly learning summaries.
• Support pilots and formative research through observations, quick KIIs, and process documentation.
• Contribute to program reviews, MLE syntheses, and state-level learning loops.
• Assist in designing monitoring tools, checklists, and trackers for statewide implementation.

Tracker and Dashboard Management

• Update district/site trackers and the common state MLE tracker with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure real-time status updates for WPS, pre-implementation, performance, process monitoring, and FC dose check data.
• Support the development and maintenance of Looker Studio dashboards or similar platforms, ensuring accurate grand totals and district-level insights.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Rural Management, Development Studies, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in monitoring, field operations, or evaluation, preferably in WASH or public health programs
• Experience handling large-scale field data systems is preferred
• Strong understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and field monitoring systems
• Proficiency in mobile data collection platforms, preferably SurveyCTO

Role Purpose

Cynet Corp is seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our innovative AI team. As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to enhance the performance and accuracy of our AI models, particularly in hiring automation and agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine prompts to improve AI model responses and interactions.
• Work closely with AI researchers and developers to integrate prompt engineering into larger systems.
• Analyze AI outputs, identify issues, and iterate on prompt designs for optimal results.
• Maintain detailed documentation of prompts, performance metrics, and adjustments.
• Ensure prompt compliance with ethical standards and system safety guardrails.
• Contribute to continuous learning and best practices in the AI and prompt engineering community.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their capabilities.
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques for models such as GPT, Claude, or equivalent.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, you will lead field operations for the India Safe Water Program in Andhra Pradesh, and work closely with Operations teams based at the Delhi National Office. The role is responsible for driving effective on-ground execution across program sites, managing a team of Sr. State Program Coordinators (Sr. SPCs), and ensuring strong coordination across field teams, partners, and program workstreams.

 Field Operations Management and Oversight (40%)

• End-to-End Operations & Delivery: Lead execution across all program sites handling minimum 2 small workstreams (support teams) in Andhra Pradesh, with clear visibility on performance and timely interventions where required.
• Team Leadership & Accountability: Manage Sr. SPCs, driving ownership, structured reviews, and strong performance through hands-on support and guidance.
• Planning, Resources & Risk Management: Oversee resource allocation, operational planning, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Field Quality & Reporting: Conduct field visits, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timely, decision-ready reporting across weekly to annual cycles.
  

External Stakeholder and Vendor Management (30%)

• Vendor Oversight & Accountability: Lead validation of vendor invoices and performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality standards; ensure compliance with the support of respective Sr. SPCs and escalate critical issues when required.
• Performance Management & Corrective Actions: Conduct structured assessments, drive RCA-based case studies, and ensure implementation of corrective action plans through field teams.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Representation: Manage relationships with partners, and communities, and represent from the operational area through Sr. SPCs.
  

Team Building and Communications to Program Leadership (20%)

• Lead and develop team members through consistent coaching, performance management, career development planning, and support for recruitment and HR-related matters.
• Ensure Program leadership is fully informed by providing regular reports on progress, emerging challenges, future forecasts, and strategic recommendations related to community engagement and capacity building.
  

Integrated Workstream Management – LMT & TA (10%)

• Workstream Coordination: Act as the key operational link between field execution and program teams (learning/training and technical support), ensuring aligned plans and smooth dependency management.
• Execution & Feasibility: Collaborate with teams to ensure logistics, training schedules, and technical inputs are practical, locally relevant, and effectively implemented on the ground.
• Alignment & Oversight: Coordinate with managers across teams to align state execution with national frameworks, SOPs, cross-state learnings, and monitor supply chain outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations or program management, including field operations and large-scale program delivery
• Experience managing field teams and driving delivery against targets and timelines
• Strong operational planning skills, including resource allocation, workforce management, and risk mitigation
• Ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements
• Experience managing vendors/contractors, including performance tracking and invoice validation
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites, stakeholders, and geographies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, with experience using data/MIS dashboards for reporting
• Willingness to travel 30–40% within Andhra Pradesh

Desirable

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in WASH, public health, or large-scale social sector programs
• Familiarity with operations in Andhra Pradesh and government systems
