Job Description
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Executive to lead our internal quality operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, utility and performance of all products comply with ISO standard. You’ll work closely with various departments and will involve with strategic planning, monitoring quality performance and maintaining compliance with certified quality systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for internal quality function by effective planning, directing, controlling and following through product quality performance.
- Plan and monitor Departmental strategic goals, budgets, and periodical reporting of overall Production Quality status.
- Resolving quality related problems for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring the requirements of the certified quality system are implemented and maintained through auditing program for both internal and external suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and improve the existing ISO documentation control & monitoring system.
- Lead various Total Quality Control activities in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of the company.
- Meet Customer's quality performance targets and manage Customer complaints.
- Achieve a higher level of safety and housekeeping standard to fully comply with prevailing company and government regulations (ISO9001).
- Provide technical competency in problem analysis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Computer literate with good command of written and spoken English, preferable with knowledge of Chinese language.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing or industrial filed, with solid hands-on experiences in Quality Management System.
- Able to perform statistical tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, QC Tools and other statistical tools in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of overall plant operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people often in complex and difficult situations.
