We work closely with dermatology clinics, aesthetic doctors, and healthcare professionals to develop both ready-made and customized skincare solutions that support clinical treatments and private label branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new and existing clients within dermatology and aesthetic clinics
• Promote medical-grade skincare products and OEM/ODM custom formulation services
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market
• Conduct product presentations, consultations, and clinic visits
• Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in aesthetic, pharmaceutical, skincare, or medical sales)

Job Descriptions:

1. Generating opening balances of the Remittance partners
2. Prepare forecast for amount to prefund to Remittance partners in consultation with the business team
3. Monitoring bank balance to ensure sufficient balance in the account to execute the deals
4. Request for additional funding from Finance team when required
5. Process Foreign Telegraphic Transfers (TTs) using bank online portal and ensuring bank authorizers approves before the cut-off time
6. Following up on the TTs with bank officers for their execution and ensure all TTs are released before the end of the day
7. Ensure that deals booked for the day have been utilized and there is no outstanding
8. Sending prefunding e-mails to Remittance partners and ensuring prefunding updated in our ledgers accordingly, otherwise to follow up with e-mail
9. To liaise and work closely with Treasury Ops team on available balance of each partner and to switch to another alternative partner if balance runs low (if advance credit is not approved)
10. Ensure balance in Remittance system is correctly maintained and vouchers are key in on a timely manner in Remittance system, including dealing with the developers of
11. Remittance system to correct any identified issues
12. Perform reconciliation of balance between Remittance partners’ statement and Remittance system
13. On Sundays, assist in uploading of bank statement from bank portal to admin portal for
14. Cash Deposit transactions, approval of corporate funding received and validation of bank account.

About the Role
As a Part-Time Project Associate, you will support the Delivery Team at Chemin! You will report to the Head of Delivery and work alongside our Project Delivery Executives to ensure our community of Data Annotators delivers the highest-quality work to our clients, fueling AI advancements across various industries.

You will assist in the operational management of client projects, and to do this, you will need to develop an understanding of data labeling execution. The role will demand a high work ethic as well as project and people management skills.

Work Arrangements

• This position can be either fully remote or hybrid, with the option to work from our office in Plaza Sentral on our 2 weekly office days, Mondays and Fridays.
• Project Associates are expected to follow the Malaysian timezone (9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday), subject to timezone differences of no more than 4 hours.
• The minimum contract period is three months, renewable upon satisfactory performance.
• We are seeking candidates who can start working with us immediately in April 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus revolves around operations in the Project Delivery function, including:

• Providing operational support to the Project Delivery Executives to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Assisting with operational tasks for setting up projects.
• Developing project guidelines and project planning.
• Completing project administrative tasks in line with client and internal standards.
• Guiding our remote annotators with their challenges and/or questions via our internal communication platforms, including resolving project-specific queries.

• Entry-level, 0-2 years of experience in project management in any capacity.

As a Project Delivery Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of AI data labeling projects for global clients. You’ll work alongside our Delivery, Sales, Engineering, and Community teams to ensure projects are set up smoothly, run efficiently, and meet our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the world of project management, operations, and AI delivery. You’ll get hands-on experience across the project lifecycle—while being mentored by experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of client projects across setup, quality checks, and annotator coordination
• Assist in building project documentation, guides, trackers, and standard workflows

• Help ensure operational tasks (e.g., naming conventions, daily reports, submissions) are done accurately and on time
