• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows  

• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements  

People Leadership 

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads to build a strong leadership bench  

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence  

• Support talent development, succession planning, and retention of key operational staff  

• Stakeholder Management 

• Work closely with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities  

• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and HR teams to align operations with broader business objectives  

• Act as a key operational decision-maker in driving hotel performance  

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to execute organisational strategy and growth initiatives
• Translate business goals into clear operational plans, KPIs, and execution frameworks
• Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality

Group Operations Management

• Oversee core operational functions including admissions, student services, corporate services, compliance, and internal systems
• Establish, standardise, and continuously improve operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support operational improvements across education programmes and services

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality assurance frameworks
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, and governance processes
• Support management reporting and policy implementation

People & Culture Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team
• Foster a professional, accountable, and performance-driven culture
• Support workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage relationships with institutional partners and key external stakeholders
• Represent the organisation in senior-level discussions and partnerships
• Strengthen organisational reputation and service delivery standards

Cross-Border & Multi-Entity Operations

• Support operations across multiple business units and geographies
• Ensure alignment, communication, and governance across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Management, Education, or related fields)
• Experience within education, international education services, or related professional services
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-function operations
• Strong capability in building systems, improving processes, and scaling organisations
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
