Rixos Phu Quoc, Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and manage the Sales team. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, maximizing revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve business targets. This role plays a vital part in positioning the property in the market, driving profitability, and leading a high-performing sales department.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth across all market segments.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales team. Set performance goals, monitor results, and conduct regular coaching to foster high productivity.
• Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts in line with revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers to drive repeat business.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecast, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and support of promotional initiatives.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for senior management review.
• Event Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
