As Director of Revenue, you will lead the strategic direction of all revenue streams across Rooms, Meetings & Events, Food & Beverage, and Loyalty. You will balance art and science—leveraging data, insight, and intuition—to drive pricing, distribution, and demand strategies that maximise profitability and elevate our competitive edge in the Brisbane market.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovative revenue strategies aligned with Sofitel’s luxury positioning
- Lead and inspire RevMax meetings, influencing executive decision-making
- Optimise pricing, inventory, and distribution across all channels, ensuring brand integrity and rate parity
- Analyse market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and demand trends to unlock new opportunities
- Deliver accurate, forward-looking forecasts and budgets to guide operational excellence
- Maximise total hotel revenue, including high-value conferencing and events business
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to enhance brand presence, campaign performance, and digital channels
- Champion the effective use of revenue systems, ensuring data accuracy and strategic insight
- Play a key role in owner engagement, reporting, and long-term business planning
