Job Purpose

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team to take charge of Lifestyle Sub-Committee.

The Assistant Manager will lead the department in the publicity needs of the Club internally and externally. Content and events developed by the department is supervised by the General Manager. • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Project Manager or Project Management field in the construction industry

• Minimum 2 years of experience in landed housing (GCB, Semi-Detached, Terrace houses) Re-build / Major Re-Construction/ A&A/ Major Renovation projects.

• Familiarity with Demolition, excavations, basement, structural works, and high-end architectural fit-outs including facade, exterior/interior & landscaping and across necessary MEP works.

• Understanding of Singapore's Building regulations on landed housing including URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SP etc.

• Ability to interpret Construction Drawings including architectural, structural, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings and spot discrepancies before they become on-site errors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders. Prefer Bilingual (English & Chinese).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of property and facilities management operations across a property portfolio (residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use). The role ensures smooth building operations, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous asset enhancement. This position leads a team of property professionals and works closely with stakeholders, service vendors, and management to uphold operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

• Heads a Property Management Sub Team.

• Manage Daily Operations, Maintenance, and performance of a property portfolio (residential, commercial, industrial), ensuring smooth functioning.

• Oversees Market vacancies, tenant selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and resolving complex tenants issues.

• Source business for the company / division generally by client contact, networking as well as general promotion of company's services.

• Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an on-going career path for them within company.

• Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures.

• Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client surveys.

• Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all Council meetings and Annual General Meetings

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building/ Real Estate Management or other related discipline with minimum 6 years of property management experience; inclusive of at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is a must.

• Matured and independent with the ability to lead team

• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skill
