Purpose and Scope

Requirements

The Sales Manager is responsible for seeking and developing new business opportunities and securing renewal of existing contracts. You are expected to develop strong customer relationships and grow the sales and brands of assisgned brands.

The Vice President, Business Relationship Manager(BRM) – Transaction Banking(including Payments, Cash Management, and Trade Finance) is responsible for understanding the business and system transformation needs of the Transaction Banking Office for Asia (TBOA) as well as the related countries and locations, and for serving as the “single front door” within ASO. Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services with a background in Transaction Banking, project management, operations controls.

• Experience in market products such as payments, deposits, loans, and front-to-back operations processes.

• Experience bridging business and IT teams, translating business needs into requirements, scope, priorities, and business cases.

• Experience driving system development, process improvement, digital transformation, regulatory change, workflow optimisation, or automation initiatives.
