Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account & Finance Manager to join our property development team. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic insights to support the company’s growth and project success.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for property development projects.
• Monitor cash flow, project financing, and investment returns.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial analysis to support feasibility studies and project planning.
• Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, implementing best practices in financial processes and internal controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in property development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, tax laws, and project financing.
• Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount, MHub & IFCA).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Menguruskan spektrum penuh fungsi perakaunan dan kewangan, termasuk akaun belum bayar, akaun belum terima dan lejar am.
• Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan, suku tahunan dan tahunan yang tepat.
• Membangunkan bajet dan ramalan untuk projek pembangunan hartanah.
• Pantau aliran tunai, pembiayaan projek dan pulangan pelaburan.

As the Manager, People Support - APAC Leader, you will lead and evolve a high-impact people operations team that delivers a consistent, scalable, and employee-centered service experience across our people portfolio. You will serve as a strategic partner with key regional and global ecosystem partners to enable solutions and operational excellence across all aspects of the employee life-cycle and evolving business and country-based requirements.   

This role blends people leadership, service delivery expertise, and iterative and transformational execution. You will lead a regional team, leverage data and qualitative insights to elevate employee experience, and drive simplification, standardization, and innovation across our service areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

People Operations Strategy & Service Excellence 

• Shape and continuously refine the role for People Support as a strategic partner that maximizes efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. 

• Champion a data-driven and employee-informed operating model, leveraging insights, feedback, and trends to proactively improve service delivery and reduce escalations. 

• Serve as a subject-matter leader in HR service delivery best practices, applying country standards to achieve optimal operational outcomes. 

 Leadership & Operational Performance  

• Lead and develop a high-performing, APAC Tier I team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. 

• Own day-to-day operational performance, including SLAs, KPIs, case volumes, quality metrics, and employee satisfaction. 

• Translate performance metrics into clear, compelling insights that demonstrate the value of People Support and inform decision-making by senior stakeholders. 

• Proactively manage capacity and workforce planning, flexing team resources to meet changing organizational needs and global demand. 

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement 

• Identify root causes through critical analysis and quickly implement corrective actions to improve service quality and operational efficiency. 

• Lead multiple continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying, standardizing, centralizing, and automating complex HR processes.

People Leadership & Change Management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                   

• Lead all NPI builds and commit schedules to POM.
• Manage the smooth transition of eSSD/cSSD products from development to the production environment.
• Plan and oversee NPI cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and tasks to meet critical product development milestones aligned with program goals.
• Develop ramp-up plans for new products and lead NPI Builds and post-mortem analyses.
• Supervise readiness activities, prioritize and communicate key deliverables, and resolve technical, resource, and cross-functional issues to support business objectives.
• Facilitate phase reviews against gating criteria (e.g., design to HVM) including target yields, test time/UPH, Cpk, DPPM, capacity, and materials readiness.
• Oversee the transition of NPI activities to the sustaining Core Team, with official hand-off upon LPR (Launch Production Readiness).
• Gather data from stakeholders and present program status updates and review summaries (e.g., E2E Product Dashboard) to departmental and corporate stakeholders to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of overall manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
