• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
• Lead BIM project delivery. Work with BIM Manager to execute process of exchange, collaboration, and clash coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Production and maintenance of BIM models for project deliverables, authorities’ submissions, and documentation.
• Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Ensure quality of model using company and project BIM standards.
• Guide project teams and execute development plan to improve digital practices.
• Improve processes, content, best practices, and techniques of BIM related tool.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant consultancy experience.
• Proficiency in ISO 19650, and Singapore IDD project delivery.
• Proficiency in authorities BIM submissions, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

• Experienced in IFC, Revizto, ProjectWise, Solibri, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender.
• Experienced in Python, C#, Git, SQL.
