Department: New Business Promotion Department
Report to: Department Manager
Functional Relationships with:
Overseas sales affiliates in ASEAN & India, Regional product marketing division in Singapore, New business development departments in HQ, Japan & Corporate R&D departments in Japan.
POSITION PROFILE:
Based in: Singapore
Job Site: Yishun
The successful candidate will: Promote new business in ASEAN & India region for Environment markets. Also, to develop new business models & necessary infrastructure for data driven products & services in ASEAN & India region for the target applications and markets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for new business creation in data driven products & services within the environmental markets, focusing on Energy and Water segments.
· Identify internal factory pain points, adoption triggers to develop new business ideas and create proof of concepts.
· Scout emerging technologies and potential partners relevant to environmental markets.
· Conduct test-bed evaluations of external partner technologies within factory settings to validate performance.
· Scaling up proof of concepts into minimum viable products to adjust business models with internal factories & external customers across ASEAN & India.
· Formulating new business models to achieve harmony of market validation, technology feasibility & business viability.
· Collaborate with multinational stakeholders from both internal & external, to align strategies and drive execution.
Ability / Competency Required:
· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
· Possess logical thinking, analytical skill, and good engineering sense.
· Demonstrate a strong mindset for change and improvement.
· Proactive attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Networking ability with industry level experts and internal domain experts.
