Job Description
⢠To provide emotional support to persons with mental health issues, caregivers and conduct house visits when necessary
⢠To read the counselling reports of existing clients and presenting issues shared by MIRA or Operations Staff scheduled for the day before attending to them
⢠Assess clientsā needs and make appropriate arrangements and recommendations (e.g., fixing of appointment for emotional support)
⢠Prepare, update and document all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly and thoroughly according to organisational procedures to ensure compliance, and ease of review and retrieval
⢠To check and reply to emails
⢠Plan, publicise, execute and evaluate community events and conduct workshops and talks
⢠To help out at outreach events (e.g., manning the booths, handling queries)
⢠To play an active role in sustaining SRS including meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
⢠To perform other duties assigned by the Management
Requirement
⢠Degree in Psychology/Counselling/Social Work
Work Experience
⢠Relevant experience is an advantage, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply

⢠Working hours: 9am-5pm
⢠Staff might have to help out after working hours and weekends at times
