Role Overview

About the role

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Generate new leads through outreach and networking.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in your assigned area.
• Provide personalized support to customers throughout the sales process.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in Sales Representatives/Consultants from similar Industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
• Relevant sales, marketing, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsible for social media content creation (short videos / graphics / copywriting)

• Assist in planning advertising content and marketing themes

• Write engaging Mandarin copy (advertising copy / social media content / promotional materials) that increase engagement

• Assist in replying to customer messages (support role for customer service)

• Assist in completing relevant tasks assigned by supervisors

• Participate in content shooting, editing, and creative idea development

• Continuously optimize content quality to improve communication effectiveness
