Job Purpose

We are seeking a meticulous, independent, and high-caliber Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, manage our investment portfolios, and ensure robust financial governance. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the complete spectrum of financial, management, and fund accounting (including Full Set of Accounts and Net Asset Value calculations). • Audit & Compliance: Coordinate corporate tax computations, GST filings, and statutory submissions. Lead the year-end closing process and act as the key point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies regarding both corporate and fund entities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore).

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts. Prior experience in fund accounting, portfolio valuation, or working within a single/multi-family office, asset management firm, or fund administration environment is highly valued.

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory. Must be fully comfortable discussing financial metrics, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, and business strategies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Singapore accounting principles (SFRS/FRS), tax regulations (GST and Corporate Tax), and enterprise accounting or portfolio management software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or dedicated fund accounting platforms). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

• Attributes: Highly analytical, independent, resilient under tight closing timelines, detail-oriented regarding portfolio data, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and optimize unit processes to meet the yield and quality requirements of advanced NAND part type 

• Quantify benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions to enable early experimentation and adoption for process margin improvement Prioritize within Singapore based manufacturing Wet Etch team on the key technology issues that need TD breakthroughs. 

• Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams driving yield and quality improvement Participate with Boise TD Wet Etch peers on technology choices for the upcoming nodes and able to translate future technology device needs into clear process requirements

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, government, educational, healthcare, and community sectors.
• Conduct proactive prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate new catering opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and catering solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
• Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in f&b industry
• Familiar with sales in catering, hotel or hospitality.
• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bonus to have a class 3 driving licence
