RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Ingot & Wafer (IW) cum Contract Manufacturing Engineer with good ethics and strong passion to take on proactive roles of qualifying and managing external suppliers to achieve company's strategic directions and key yearly goals for ingot and wafer factory. This position requires good analytical and interpersonal skills to work with external suppliers to achieve continuous improvements in IW cost, yield and cell efficiency by implementing best known methods. Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment needed for different conditioned patients in the primary care setting.
• Formulate a diagnosis and implement the right therapy modalities based on the medical condition and evaluate the intervention with appropriate outcome measures. 
• Educate patients and family members, caregivers as well as the communities and population at large on preventive of falls and the continued treatment of disorders.
• Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to trainees and students.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy with full Physiotherapy AHPC registration (F-reg)

Job Summary

Work alongside senior Project Managers and Engineers to support the execution of M&E and airfield engineering projects through documentation preparation, site coordination, meeting support, and cross-functional liaison, while developing skills in safety compliance and project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior Project Managers and Engineers to learn and support the end-to-end execution of M&E and airfield engineering projects
• Prepare, organize, and track project documentation such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, material submissions, and progress claims to ensure accuracy and timely updates
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and sub-contractor activities to assist with day-to-day site coordination and maintain project progress
• Attend project progress meetings to take accurate minutes, understand project workflows, and follow up on actionable items under supervision
• Support the enforcement of workplace health and safety (WSH) regulations and client site requirements to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate internally with procurement, safety, and drafting teams to ensure smooth information flow and proper management of project files

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building/Project Management, or a related technical discipline

This is a B2B, customer-facing role focused on contractors and subcontractors. The role requires proactive customer engagement, regular follow-ups, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Candidates should be comfortable with on-site visits and building relationships within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Sales & Customer Engagement

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Singapore marke
• Engage with contractors and subcontractors to understand project requirements
• Conduct regular customer visits, including site visits where require
• Recommend suitable products and prepare quotation
• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into sale

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in construction, engineering, industrial, or related sectors preferred
