About the Role
This role is primarily focused on handling client administrative and corporate operational matters with a higher level of ownership and independence.
As a Corporate Executive, you are expected not just to execute tasks, but to take responsibility for end-to-end completion, ensure compliance requirements are met, and proactively manage timelines and expectations.
You will also play a key role in supporting junior team members and maintaining overall service quality.
This role is suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to step up into a more responsible, client-facing position.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Corporate Operations (Primary Focus)
- Handle client requests and engagements with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare, review, and process corporate and compliance-related documents
- Ensure all deliverables are complete, compliant, and submitted on time
- Manage timelines and follow-ups independently to avoid delays
- Liaise directly with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Identify potential issues early and escalate when necessary
Internal Coordination & Support (Secondary Focus)
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and internal records
- Support cross-department coordination on client matters
- Assist in improving workflows and operational efficiency
- Guide and support junior team members where required
- Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative assignments

What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in corporate services, corporate secretarial, or client servicing is an advantage
- Experience in handling corporate documents or compliance matters is preferred
