We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Executive, Accounts & Finance to manage the company’s full set of accounts and support daily finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit, tax matters, account reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, AP/AR reconciliation, and inter-company accounts where applicable.
• Prepare statement of accounts, ageing reports, and other accounting schedules as required.
• Monitor cashbook updates and ensure fund movements are properly recorded.

Accounts Payable, Receivable & Cash Flow

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Kami sedang mencari Eksekutif Kanan, Akaun & Kewangan yang berorientasikan perincian dan bertanggungjawab untuk menguruskan set lengkap akaun syarikat dan menyokong operasi kewangan harian. Calon yang ideal harus mempunyai pengetahuan perakaunan yang kukuh, pengalaman langsung dalam pelaporan kewangan, audit, hal ehwal cukai, penyelarasan akaun dan pemantauan aliran tunai.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Perakaunan & Pelaporan Kewangan

• Mengendalikan set akaun yang lengkap dan memastikan penutupan akaun bulanan yang tepat dan tepat pada masanya.
• Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan, termasuk kunci kira-kira, penyata untung rugi, dan laporan pengurusan.
• Mengekalkan rekod perakaunan yang tepat dan memastikan semua transaksi kewangan direkodkan dengan betul dalam sistem perakaunan.
• Lakukan penyelarasan bulanan, termasuk penyelarasan bank, penyelarasan AP/AR dan akaun antara syarikat jika berkenaan.
• Menyediakan penyata akaun, laporan penuaan dan jadual perakaunan lain yang diperlukan.
• Pantau kemas kini buku tunai dan pastikan pergerakan dana direkodkan dengan betul.

Akaun Belum Bayar, Belum Terima & Aliran Tunai

• Mengurus fungsi akaun belum bayar dan akaun belum terima.
• Semak sebut harga, pesanan pembelian, invois, baucar pembayaran dan dokumen sokongan.
• Pantau aliran tunai harian dan aktiviti perbendaharaan.
• Menindaklanjuti pembayaran tertunggak dan menyelaras dengan pelanggan, pembekal, kontraktor, perunding dan vendor mengenai perkara pembayaran atau pengebilan.
• Rekod dan pantau pembayaran kemajuan untuk projek pembinaan, termasuk pembayaran kepada pembekal, perunding, kontraktor dan subkontraktor.

Audit, Cukai & Pematuhan

• Membantu dalam hal ehwal audit dan cukai, termasuk penyediaan jadual sokongan dan dokumen yang diperlukan.
• Menyediakan dokumen berkaitan cukai dan membantu dalam urusan pemfailan/pembayaran cukai bagi memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan kawal selia.
• Berhubung dengan juruaudit, ejen cukai, jurubank, pelanggan, vendor dan pihak luar yang berkaitan.
• Sentiasa dikemas kini tentang piawaian perakaunan, peraturan cukai dan keperluan berkanun.

Kawalan Dalaman & Penambahbaikan Proses

• Memastikan rekod perakaunan dan proses kewangan mematuhi dasar dalaman dan keperluan kawal selia.
• Menyokong penambahbaikan kawalan dalaman, prosedur dan aliran kerja kewangan.
• Membantu dalam penyediaan bajet, pemantauan kos, pengesanan hasil dan pelaporan perbelanjaan.
• Memberikan cadangan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan, kecekapan dan pematuhan dalam operasi kewangan.

Sokongan Kewangan Am

• Menyokong hal ehwal kewangan berkaitan perolehan dan menyelaras dengan jabatan lain dalam Kumpulan.
• Membantu dalam sebarang tugas perakaunan, kewangan atau pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh Pihak Pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

Keperluan Kerja

• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah, atau Kelayakan Profesional dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan, atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Minimum 3-4 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam akaun lengkap, pelaporan kewangan, audit dan hal ehwal cukai.
• Pengalaman dalam pembangunan hartanah, pembinaan atau perakaunan berasaskan projek akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Pengalaman firma audit, terutamanya pendedahan kepada Big Four, akan menjadi satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Pengetahuan yang baik tentang prinsip perakaunan, amalan pembukuan, keperluan cukai dan peraturan yang berkaitan.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office, terutamanya Excel; pengetahuan tentang perisian perakaunan SQL & MYOB akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Penguasaan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia secara bertulis dan lisan. Kebolehan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin akan menjadi satu kelebihan tambahan.
