Main Responsibilities :

• To assist HOD on covering full spectrum of Administration and HR function for Malaysia.
• Work closely with HOD to ensure organizational success and achieve department objectives through various Admin & HR initiatives.

• Welcome and greet all visitors, vendors, clients, candidates in a professional manner and inform the appropriate personnel.

• Handle all courier services, collection, mailing, distribution of intercompany mails and forwarding faxes.

1. Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to meet operational requirements.
2. Coordinate with suppliers on shipping schedules, documentation, and related matters.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of purchasing / procurement experience, or supply chain operations

Huraian Kerja:

1. Pantau tahap inventori dan rancang pembelian untuk memenuhi keperluan operasi.
2. Menyelaras dengan pembekal mengenai jadual penghantaran, dokumentasi dan perkara berkaitan.
3. Menilai prestasi pembekal setiap tahun berdasarkan kriteria syarikat.
4. Meminta dan mengurus soal selidik, sijil dan deklarasi yang diperlukan oleh pelanggan.
5. Sediakan peruntukan stok mengikut bajet cawangan dan pastikan pelepasan tangki terminal untuk penghantaran akan datang.
6. Mengendalikan isu berkaitan pembelian, termasuk percanggahan invois, perbezaan berat dan ketidakpatuhan barangan atau kontena yang diimport.
7. Sahkan dan laporkan pembayaran Cukai Jualan dan Perkhidmatan (SST) untuk kelulusan pihak pengurusan.
8. Menyiasat dan menyemak penghantaran pukal import dengan kerugian Bil Muatan (BL) melebihi 0.3% dengan menyelaras dengan pembekal, juruukur dan terminal; menyediakan borang penghapusan BL dan mengemas kini laporan kerugian BL bulanan oleh pembekal.
9. Berselaras dengan pembekal dan pengangkut mengenai pengumpulan bekas tangki dengan pengendalian kerugian melebihi 80 kg, dan menyediakan borang penghapusan terminal bulanan.
10. Semak dan sahkan invois daripada pengangkut, juruukur, terminal, penghantar dan pembekal.
11. Sebarang tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Ketua

Keperluan:

Minimum Diploma dalam Rantaian Bekalan, Logistik, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan

Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman pembelian/perolehan, atau operasi rantaian bekalan

Pengalaman dalam mengendalikan penghantaran import, dokumentasi dan penyelarasan pembekal adalah satu kelebihan tambahan

Kemahiran analitikal dan penyelesaian masalah yang kuat dengan perhatian terhadap perincian

Kemahiran komunikasi, koordinasi dan rundingan yang baik

Kemahiran dengan SST dan proses import/eksport akan memberi manfaat

Mahir dalam aplikasi Microsoft Office (terutamanya Excel)
