Job Function:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met, while guiding and motivating team members to achieve optimal performance
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor production line activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to operators according to the production plan
• Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to maintain productivity
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
• Verify product counts accurately and maintain proper records of work-in-progress (WIP)
• Coordinate with other sections to ensure timely requisition and availability of materials and components
• Ensure all products, tools, and materials are properly stored, labeled, and organized
• Train, guide, and motivate operators to enhance efficiency, quality awareness, and technical skills
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline consistently
• Promote a safe, organized, and clean working environment in compliance with EHS regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leader role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, production workflows, machinery, and quality control standards
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage
• Proficient in production reporting tools and basic computer applications
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements in manufacturing
