JOB DESCRIPTION (SHORT SUMMARY OF THE WORK SCOPE):

• Update and disseminate Tactical promos and Memo issued by Airlines and Hotel suppliers.
• Prepare monthly airlines performance report.
• Consolidate data and market intelligence to support decision-making
• Support contract analysis and negotiated preparation as required.
• Responsible for renewal of Air Flown programs, SME fares, Private fares or corporate fares extended by Airlines.
• Assist to arrange Product Update / Briefing by Airlines & Hotels – for Ticketing and Hotel Reservation Team.

WORK REQUIREMENT (Years of works experience, EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION & etc.)

• 3 or more years’ experience in Travel/Tourism related industry.
• Experience with airline or hotel systems preferred (GDS, extranet, booking platform).
• Degree in Business, Tourism or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in liaising and handling external suppliers

SKILLS (software & softskills required for the job)
