Responsibilities.

• Operate CNC machines while performing inspection along with taking care of the maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance services necessary of the CNC machine in daily, monthly, and annually.
• Update the daily maintenance check sheet before operating the CNC machine.
• Follow the daily planned CNC machines, output, and directly confirm with superior or planner for any enquiries or issues related to the machine operation.
• Perform inspection and calibration if necessary to all equipment daily before usage.
• Setup CNC machine according to the tool list and use other tool substitute, if necessary, with superior validation.
• Perform visual and dimension inspection to the material blank before load into the CNC machine.
• Operate CNC machine in comply with target plan and CNC machine running ratio while take responsibility to maximize output quantity without diminishing quality and maximize CNC machine's running time.
• Responsible to the working area in terms of cleanliness, tidiness, organized and systemic.
• Involves in troubleshoot, improvement and skills up activities.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Requirement.

• Able to read and write G code and M code.
• Able to operate CNC machines or at least have experience on CNC machine hands on.
• Have some knowledge about geometric dimensioning and tolerancing system or at least able to understand engineering drawings.

Gambaran Keseluruhan Kerja:

Mengendalikan mesin CNC semasa menjalankan pemeriksaan dan penyelenggaraan.

Tanggungjawab:

• Melaksanakan perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan pencegahan yang diperlukan pada mesin CNC secara harian, bulanan dan tahunan.
• Kemas kini helaian semakan penyelenggaraan harian sebelum mengendalikan mesin CNC.
• Ikuti mesin CNC yang dirancang setiap hari, keluarkan dan sahkan terus dengan pihak atasan atau perancang untuk sebarang pertanyaan atau isu berkaitan operasi mesin.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan dan penentukuran jika perlu pada semua peralatan setiap hari sebelum digunakan.
• Sediakan mesin CNC mengikut senarai alat dan gunakan alat ganti lain jika perlu, dengan pengesahan yang lebih baik.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan visual dan dimensi pada bahan kosong sebelum dimuatkan ke dalam mesin CNC.
• Mengendalikan mesin CNC mengikut pelan sasaran dan nisbah operasi mesin CNC sambil bertanggungjawab memaksimumkan kuantiti output tanpa mengurangkan kualiti dan memaksimumkan masa operasi mesin CNC.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan visual dan dimensi penting ke atas barang siap sama ada melalui pemeriksaan penuh jika barang siap.
• Lakukan penyisihan, kerja semula dan potong semula kepada barang siap jika perlu sebelum meneruskan ke bahagian seterusnya.
• Bertanggungjawab terhadap kawasan kerja dari segi kebersihan, kekemasan, teratur dan sistemik.
• Melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti penyelesaian masalah dan penambahbaikan.

Kecekapan:

• Boleh membaca dan menulis kod G dan kod M.
• Mampu mengendalikan mesin CNC atau sekurang-kurangnya mempunyai pengalaman menggunakan mesin CNC secara langsung.
• Mempunyai sedikit pengetahuan tentang pendimensian geometri dan sistem toleransi atau sekurang-kurangnya mampu memahami lukisan kejuruteraan.
• Pengawasan dan disiplin diri yang minimum.

Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Mekanikal/Kejuruteraan Pembuatan atau setaraf.
