你將要做什麼

• 管理和維護辦公室系統、流程和政策
• 根據需要為管理團隊提供行政支持
• 負責一般辦公室工作，例如文件歸檔、影印和資料輸入。
• 協助協調會議、活動和旅行安排
• 維護和更新員工記錄，包括考勤和休假記錄
• 負責訂購辦公用品、管理辦公室茶水間以及監督其他庫存。
• 追蹤辦公室費用，包括審核員工報銷單、發票等。

我們正在尋找什麼

• 至少兩年行政或辦公室支援工作經驗
• 具備較強的組織能力及時間管理能力，能合理安排任務優先順序。
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體（Word、Excel、Outlook）
• 注重細節和解決問題的思維方式
