Responsibilities

• Matching of summary daily sales report from POS system against receipts to ensure timely collection.
• Download Merchant statement, perform checking to POS system and posting of merchant transaction into accounting system.
• Reconciliation of Merchant account.
• Monitor & follow up on outstanding merchant report and outstanding debts from aging.
• Monitor account receivables aging on outstanding debts.
• Monitors cash collection on daily basis and ensure timely credited to company's bank account.
• Maintain payment method within POS system.
• Issue credit note and generate new sales invoice.
• Issue sales invoice for staff purchase.
• Processing, monitoring and posting of Customer Refund.
• Ensure all entries are posted accurately and within deadlines.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by management to meet organisational requirements.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification or above.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail related industry.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive (Payroll) to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our retail operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payments for outlet and HQ staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for retail employees, claim, including OT, allowances, commissions, incentives, and deductions.
• Ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain accurate payroll records, attendance, and leave data.
• Handle payroll-related queries from retail staff and management.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audit or management requests.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in payroll, preferably in retail or multi-outlet environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculation, statutory contributions, and labour laws.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight payroll deadlines.
• Familiar with Autocount.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
