About the Role

They are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support professional to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and application-related issues remotely
• Provide guidance and support to users on basic features and usage of software, hardware, and peripherals
• Carry out basic administrative tasks, asset management, and routine IT housekeeping
• Create, track, and manage IT service incidents using PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools
• Assign incidents to onsite support personnel when necessary
• Ensure timely resolution and closure of IT service tickets

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Helpdesk Technical Support
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with: Microsoft Windows, PC Hardware, Basic Networking, Microsoft 365, Apple macOS (advantageous)
• Preferably candidates specializing in IT/Computer – Network/Software/System or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with end users and IT teams

Job Description:

• Install equipment into system cabinets and junction boxes according to engineering drawings and instructions.
• Perform internal wiring and termination of equipment within system cabinets and junction boxes.
• Support project FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) by assisting with equipment laydown, system setup, and staging preparation.
• Perform other tasks as required to support project execution in the staging environment.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer literacy.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Position Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Shenton Way, Singapore
Working Days: 5 days (8:00am – 6:00pm)
After probation: 10:00am – 5:00pm (subject to KPI performance)

Salary: $2,350 – $2,950 + $250 KPI allowance + commission

Requirements

• CEI certification is preferred; candidates without CEI may apply
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent job opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
• Advertise job vacancies through appropriate platforms and channels
• Search internal databases and external sources to identify suitable candidates
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
• Brief candidates on job scope, salary, and employment terms
• Prepare and edit candidate resumes for client submission
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
