Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper accounting records, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and filed.
- Perform data entry and update accounting systems in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., auditors, vendors, and banks) on finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
- Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
