**Role: QC Cum Halal Executive - Food Manufacturing**
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, including Halal certification requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality tests, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure all products meet Halal standards and coordinate with Halal certification bodies for audits and certifications.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues or product non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain quality standards and improve processes.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions on quality protocols and Halal standards for staff.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO.
- Manage and update quality control records and certification documentation for Halal compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality and Halal certification.
**Objectives:**
- Ensure all products consistently meet quality and Halal standards.
- Achieve and maintain Halal certification status with minimal non-compliance issues.
- Reduce product rejection rates through improved quality control measures.
- Foster a culture of quality and Halal awareness within the organization.
- Support the company's reputation for quality and Halal integrity in the marketplace.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and Halal certification processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of quality testing methods and laboratory procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them practically.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle non-conformities effectively.
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and record management.
- Relevant educational background in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Prior experience in quality control or assurance within the food manufacturing industry, especially with Halal certification, is preferred.
