Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced reinsurance professional to join our Singapore office as an Associate Director, focusing on facultative and facility placements. This role sits at the core of our placement and execution capabilities, partnering closely with client-facing brokers, regional teams, and global markets to ensure efficient, high-quality placement outcomes across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Placement Execution & Delivery

• Lead and oversee end-to-end placement of facultative risks and facility business across multiple lines (Property, Casualty, Specialty as relevant)
• Structure and place complex risks into Asian and international reinsurance markets
• Ensure optimal market selection, pricing negotiation, and capacity sourcing
• Drive consistency and discipline in placement strategy and execution

2. Facility Development & Management

• Support the design, structuring, and ongoing management of facilities
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to expand facility offerings and insurer participation
• Monitor facility performance, utilisation, and profitability metrics
• Ensure documentation, wording, and governance standards are maintained

3. Technical & Analytical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance on risk assessment, underwriting information, and submission quality
• Review slip preparation, contract wordings, and placement documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert on facultative and facility placement best practices

4. Stakeholder Management (Internal & Market）

• Partner closely with client-facing brokers to support deal execution
• Maintain strong relationships with reinsurers across Asia and global markets
• Coordinate with global placement teams to leverage broader market access and capabilities
• Act as a key escalation point for complex or challenged placements

5. Process Optimisation & Governance

• Drive operational efficiency and standardisation across placement processes
• Enhance internal workflows, systems usage, and documentation standards
• Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore and across jurisdictions
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to strengthen Singapore as a regional placement hub

6. Business Development

• Originate and develop new facultative & facility opportunities across Asia through proactive prospecting and leveraging regional networks
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new cedant relationships into consistent business pipelines
• Lead transaction origination and execution for complex facultative placements, from initial pitch through binding
• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting key cedants and priority markets in Hong Kong and Macau
• Expand market share by cross-selling reinsurance solutions tailored to cedant underwriting and capital needs
• Maintain a robust pipeline of new and renewal opportunities, actively managing conversion rates and deal flow

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Fac or Treaty broking, and/or facilities
• Proven track record in executing complex placements across multiple markets
• Strong technical understanding of underwriting, pricing dynamics, reinsurance structures, and reinsurance wordings
• Experience working with regional (APAC) and global reinsurance markets
• Strong attention to detail, with disciplined approach to documentation and governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leading reinsurance broker or reinsurer
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment and regional market practices
• Exposure to facility structuring and portfolio solutions
• The role requires liaising with Mandarin/Korean/Japanese clients. Knowledge of Mandarin/Korean/Japanese language is essential

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting the Senior Site Engineer on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
• Experience: Prior 3 years experience in building projects
• Minimally have completed 1 cycle of the project of at least $100M in project value

Admin Executive

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for Billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
• Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and delivery arrangement. Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery. Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the timeframe.
• Issue PO to vendor and follow up on the scheduled delivery
• Manual updates of stock balance in Excel. Coordinate with warehouse team on stock balance.
• Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant parties.
• Attend to phone calls and email queries.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirement:

• Alert and responsive to WhatsApp’s, WeChat and email
• Must be able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engineer AMHS is responsible for providing technical support in the field of Automation. Implement actions for stable automation systems including activities related to maintenance, yield improvement, machine troubleshooting. Provide assistance in spare parts management, updating/revising of work-related SOP. Survey new solutions or replacement for existing Automation system.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance schedules for AMHS equipment (OHT, AGV, AMR, Stocker, Lifter, conveyor and DieBank), ensuring safe operation and compliance
• Provide 24/7 troubleshooting support for automation system issues and conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures.
• Develop and maintain automation SOPs, job/recovery procedures, and spare parts management protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and team members to address outstanding work, ensure system stability, and manage automation vendors effectively.
• Deliver training and guidance to technicians and AEs on automation systems and safety protocols.
• Coordinate project execution, testing, commissioning, and validation for small to medium-scale projects, including involvement in capital projects related to automation.
• Establish communication with MES to configure process recipes and ensure proper interface with automation systems.
• Oversee commissioning and qualification efforts of production equipment associated with automation, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts for automation systems and participate in related modification or improvement projects.
• Fulfill any other relevant duties assigned by immediate supervisors, maintaining accountability and adaptability as necessary.

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / ElectricalEngineering or its equivalent
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in AMHS
• Experience in Automated Manufacturing Environment will be an added advantage
• Experience in coordination on machine setup and modification work
• Familiar with Program Logic Control(PLC) Software and ACAD.
• Knowledge in some programming language such as Java, Visual Basic, SQL and Tableau will be added advantage

• Experience in Compliance domains such as AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, Transaction Monitoring, or Regulatory Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL, and Java or Python.
• Experience to Machine Learning concepts, models, and data-driven applications.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Aldon.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments will be an advantage.

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
• Perform welding operations in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) as needed.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

• Establish comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, write robust test cases and execute testing plans
• Own the test plan sign-off process and ensure functional testing quality to support flawless production implementations
