Keperluan:

Job Summary:
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting in monthly and yearly closing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
Monitor accounts receivables collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and process payments including supplier invoices, staff claims, and statutory payments.
Prepare and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and supporting schedules.
Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities and ensure all journals and transactions are recorded correctly.
Preparation for annual & quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Handle SST submission and ensure compliance with SST and other statutory requirements.
Preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and draft audited financial statements for external audit purposes.
Handle corporate income tax matters, including tax estimation, preparation and timely submission of tax filings.
Monitor the company’s fixed assets, update the fixed assets register and assets tagging by ensuring all fixed assets invoice copies are proper filing.

Latihan & Sokongan Produk
Memberi latihan produk kepada doktor, kakitangan klinik dan pengedar apabila diperlukan.

Keperluan
Pendidikan
Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perubatan (MBBS/MD), Farmasi, Sains Bioperubatan, Pemasaran atau disiplin yang berkaitan.
Pengalaman
Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam jualan estetik, farmaseutikal atau peranti perubatan.
Pengalaman berurusan dengan klinik estetik, pakar dermatologi atau pakar bedah plastik adalah diutamakan.
Kebolehan terbukti untuk mengurus wilayah secara bebas dan mencapai sasaran jualan.

Job Summary
The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing initiatives for the company’s aesthetic product portfolio in Malaysia. This role is an individual contributor position that requires hands-on management of sales activities, key account development, and marketing execution targeting aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the aesthetic product portfolio in Malaysia.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical centers.
Manage and grow relationships with key customers and clinic chains.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage.
Marketing Execution
Plan and execute marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations for aesthetic practitioners.
Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase product awareness and clinical adoption.
Support local marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and product launches.
Participate in industry exhibitions, aesthetic conferences, and training events.
Product Training & Support
Provide product training to doctors, clinic staff, and distributors when required.
Support clinical use of products and address customer queries related to product application.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the aesthetic industry.
Gather market feedback and provide insights to management for product positioning and strategy.
Reporting
Maintain sales pipeline and customer database.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Track marketing activity outcomes and sales performance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD), Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years experience in aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
Experience dealing with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or plastic surgeons is preferred.
Proven ability to independently manage a territory and achieve sales targets.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the aesthetic clinic market in Malaysia.
