Role: Product Manager (UX/Product Designer & Procurement)

JD:

1. Product Design & User Research

● Deep-Dive Workflows: Analyze Singpass Incident Response (IR) workflows to design

intuitive dashboards, alert flows, and communication templates within the core IRM

platform to aggressively reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).

● UX/UI Strategy: Translate user feedback into tangible wireframes and functional product

requirements optimized for high-stress environments.

2. Framework Mastery & Training (Train-the-Trainer)

● IMAG Expertise: Undergo intensive training to become deeply well-versed in GovTech’s

Incident Management Assessment Guide (IMAG) framework.

● Knowledge Transfer: Act as the primary trainer, upskilling both the core Singpass team

and future onboarded users on the IMAG framework and the practical usage of the IRM

platform.

3. Procurement, Finance & Vendor Management

● Government Procurement: Partner closely with GovTech’s Finance Business Partners

to navigate and execute the procurement of enterprise platform licenses and associated

productivity tools.

● Vendor Operations: Lead coordination with the enterprise platform vendor support team

to advocate for new features, track deliverables, and monitor the resolution of security

vulnerabilities.

4. Stakeholder & Compliance Management

● Roadmap Alignment: Act as the central bridge between Singpass users, GovTech

leadership, and engineering teams to prioritize the product backlog.

● Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform rigorously adheres to GCC+ and GDC

security standards lifecycle.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Residential Designer & Project Manager to oversee the design and execution of residential projects from concept to completion. This role combines design expertise with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Develop creative and functional residential design concepts based on client requirements
• Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client expectations

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from design development to final handover
• Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution
• Communication informational briefs on design requirements to Senior Designers, inclusive of brief evaluation, design direction inputs and discussion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans where necessary
• Coordinate periodic job-related photographs, measurements for records
• Review project with project installation supervisors and team and prepare for handover of project to client completed with client review and feedback and collect payment

Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Present design concepts and provide professional recommendations
• Manage client expectations, feedback, and approvals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by clients or projects.

Coordination

• Liaise with vendors and negotiate pricing where needed
• Track orders, deliveries, and installation schedules

Job Summary

The Site Manager / Site Coordinator oversees daily site operations to ensure architectural and interior works meet drawings, specifications, timelines, quality standards, and comply with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules before project commencement to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Coordinate effectively with designers, architects, consultants (M&E, Fire, LEW, FSM), main contractors, and client representatives to align project goals and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed work schedules on a weekly and monthly basis to optimize manpower and material delivery planning
• Identify and resolve potential clashes among architectural, M&E, and structural elements early to prevent delays and rework
• Supervise all on-site works to ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, document findings, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Apply strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and architectural detailing to guide site activities and decision-making

MAIN ACOUNTABILITIES

Performance Management and Information Management

• Drive the development and be the key owner of Information and Performance Management capabilities for the UI through development of sharp and highly automated Performance Management Review Decks and Data Analytics.

• Co-lead monthly reporting process setup and continuous improvement to ensure timely, transparent, accurate and complete reporting.

• Actively coordinate with the appropriate Unilever stakeholders to plug or dock UI processes into existing Operating Company Finance operating framework.

Finance Business Partnering – BG Finance

• Finance Business partner and trusted finance advisor to assist the Finance Manager and the Business Development Team to drive performance management, decision support, strategy formulation and strategy into action.

• Co-lead and drive BU and Country discussions to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare the various ad-hoc analysis for Business Review Meetings and Board meetings; prepare rolling forecasts and business plans for both BGs, brands, channel, geographies.

• Manage month end activities of the geography scope: Monthly trade and marketing Accruals and customer claims review to ensure timely, accurate recognition expenses.

• Co-lead and drive Pricing Framework for customers in the geographical scope to ensure profitability and growth based on intended market strategy.

• Co-lead and drive Quarterly and Monthly Activity Plan (MAP) process to ensure Efficiency of investments on trade and marketing spends.

• Managing customer creation endorsement and credit review for credit limits and credit terms.

• Ensure efficient Working Capital via Debtors Management procedures: Claims, Invoicing review and outstanding items

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Information Management roles.

• Experience in one of the Business partnering roles: Supply Chain, Information Management or Category finance lead.

• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, usability, and delivering end-to-end solutions rooted in Design Thinking
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-role workflows across mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, including managing design systems, structuring information architecture, and mapping enterprise-level user flows
• Strong rapid-prototyping skills to ideate, iterate, and validate concepts efficiently; (optional) experience with vibe-coding or lightweight front-end prototyping
• Experience working across sectors such as financial services, risk and audit, supply chain management, or customer engagement
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to translate requirements into clear, implementable design specifications
• Knowledge or training in emerging technologies and their application in modern product workflows
