Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.

o  Use and manage vendor augmented resources and ensure work assignments for high utilization and effective, quality outcomes while avoiding re-work

o  Drive technical innovation to enhance functional and technical capabilities of the platform

o  Build frameworks for configuration instead of code for each component

o  Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive

o  Apply standards and industry frameworks while leverage existing technologies and tools in the Bank

o  Implement solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

o  Produce detailed design /low level design documents that communicate the system design effectively

o  Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards for solutions

o  Analyse performance test, vulnerability assessments and any other test related issues that arise during projects

o  Manage, address and resolve project-related technical issues in a timely fashion, ensuring necessary escalation and communication to stakeholders as necessary

o  Select, train, develop and manage technical team members in a conducive team environment

o  Lead multi-vendor teams to successfully deliver solutions

Key Requirements:
