Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline across new and existing customers
• Attend to new sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive development of new products and markets
• Actively identify and acquire new B2B clients, reactivate dormant or inactive accounts and grow customer portfolio
• Manage key suppliers, including product sourcing, pricing, and technical support coordination
• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required
• Attend and represent the company at business networking events, seminars, and exhibitions
• Manage daily sales outreach via calls, messaging platforms and email
• Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress and conversion metrics
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in wholesale, FMCG, or related industries
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide, motivate and develop sales teams
• Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities
• Comfortable working with sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive business growth
• Good understanding of retail and consumer product market trends and competitive landscape
• Comfortable with both field sales and desk-based selling
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline preferred
