Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and support in incident, troubleshooting, testing and verification of reported issues, incidents and to follow up with the Authority’s appointed contractors, stakeholders and business users to ensure timely escalation where required and completion and closure of the issues or incident; and

• Ensure that the deliveries of the project by the Authority’s appointed contractors are compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline would be preferred;

• Strong knowledge in application support and maintenance and possesses hands-on’ knowledge and experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle;

• Experience in IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using automated testing software such as Tricentis TOSCA would be an added advantage;

• Produce detailed design /low level design documents that communicate the system design effectively
• Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards for solutions

Requirement:

• Degree with 8+ years of current, hands on technical experience

Solid understanding of:

• LINUX O/S and/or RedHat platform and scripting skills
• Java and internet-related components (i.e: JSON, XML)

• DevOps suite of products (i.e: Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc)

What You'll Do

You will join the Singapore District Cooling (SDC), an arm of SP Group who provides district cooling and heating services to developments in Singapore and China. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform maintenance tasks for instrumentation and control for District Cooling System 
• Understand and able to troubleshoot with IO problem, Instrument problem, Control Valves, transmitter and Control System 
• Participate and assisting engineer in development of designing of control system architecture, control philsophy, P&ID, logic diagrams 
• Perform schedule maintenance and calibration for instrument element, sensors control valves and control panels.  
• Supervise contractor to carry on the Instrumentation and control system maintenance service.
• Perform annual shutdown service and maintenance service for instrument system and control system (RTD sensor, level transmitter, actuator, flow transmitter, pressure differential transmitter)
• Support testing & commissioning and troubleshooting in any district cooling plant, industrial and commercial building cooling plant
• Review method statement for installation of instrumentation
• Interface with other discipline, client and vendors
• Supervise junior technicians to ensure technical accuracy and strict safety compliance

What You'll Need

• Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or field & application experience in chiller or instrumentation and control industry
• Ability to work independently on the troubleshooting and service of instrumentation and control for new and existing developments including district cooling plant, centralised cooling system and remote off-take station
• Knowledge in Cooling Systems instrument and control will be an added advantage 
• Experience in HMI/SCADA/PLC configuration, troubleshooting
• Knowledge and hands on skills in instrument calibration for RTD, level transmitter, actuator, flow transmitter, pressure differential transmitter
• Basic knowledge in evaluating construction shop drawings

Key Responsibilities for Technical Manager:

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting

• Subject matter expert in chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, automation & control systems, and ACMV systems.
• Carry out detailed on-site measurement and verification using industry-standard instruments:
• Water-side tools: ultrasonic flow meters, differential pressure gauges, and temperature sensors
• Air-side tools: anemometers, temperature and humidity measuring devices
• Chiller performance tools: refrigerant pressure gauges (manometers)
• Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for chiller plant optimisation and performance improvement strategies.

Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors for chiller plant enhancement and performance optimisation works.

Commissioning & Performance Optimisation

• Lead commissioning, testing, and fine-tuning of chiller plants, AHUs, and ACMV systems to achieve or exceed performance targets.
• Drive energy optimisation initiatives at project completion, ensuring systems achieve or surpass design COP (kW/RT) requirements.

System Design Review & Optimisation

• Review HVAC design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and control sequences, to identify performance gaps and constructability risks.
• Propose design improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lifecycle cost, improve maintainability, and ensure system compatibility.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) or Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessor (EEO Assessor) is Bonus
• Minimum 7 years of strong technical experience in HVAC area

Introduction:

As a Design Enablement Engineer, you will be a member of the Design Enablement Team responsible for developing design components for Process Design Kits (PDK).

Your Job:

• Developing design components for Device library of PDKs

• Develop, deploy, support, maintain, PDK (Process Design Kits) Collection of tech files and runtime code readable by Electronic Design Automation tools

• Develop, deploy, support, maintain automation tools that represents the Fab process

• Review and interpret process design rules and SPICE model documents, in order to create specification data for the Process Design Kit development.

• Create and maintain test cases for Company's Process Design Kits / DRC / LVS and perform quality assurance checks to ensure error free deliveries to customers.

• Create and update release notes and application notes, and to document any known limitations, issues, and solutions, in order to communicate relevant information on proper usage of the Process Design Kit components to customers.
