THE ROLE: Head of English and Learning Support

The Head of English and Learning Support provides strategic and operational leadership to enhance students' English language proficiency and academic success across their entire study journey at Kaplan Singapore.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks, including filing, handling enquiries, and managing pantry supplies and stationery
• Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in and online enquiries
• Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents; coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments
• Issue PPE, t-shirts, access cards, and other office-related items
• Provide overall administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
