Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
• Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
• Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
• Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support other departments when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Melaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

Working Condition and Physical Environment

• Working hours from 830am-6pm, Monday to Friday

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

Conduct stock checks and update inventory records.

Load/unload goods and maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Operate equipment like forklifts (if certified).

Prepare shipping documents.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

1–2 years of warehouse experience (preferred).

Physically fit to lift heavy items (up to 20–30 kg).

Basic computer and communication skills.

Forklift license is a must.

Willing to work shifts and overtime.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

Menerima, memeriksa dan menyimpan barang yang masuk.

Pilih, bungkus dan sediakan pesanan untuk penghantaran.

Menjalankan pemeriksaan stok dan mengemas kini rekod inventori.

Memuatkan/memunggah barang dan menjaga kebersihan gudang.

Mengendalikan peralatan seperti forklift (jika diperakui).

Sediakan dokumen penghantaran.

Keperluan:

Minimum SPM atau setaraf.

1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam gudang (diutamakan).

Sihat fizikal untuk mengangkat barang berat (sehingga 20–30 kg).

Kemahiran asas komputer dan komunikasi.

Lesen forklift adalah satu kemestian.

Bersedia bekerja syif dan kerja lebih masa.
