Scope

Responsible for all indoor and outdoor repairing and servicing jobs. To ensure all jobs are done in an effective and efficient manner to meet Company’s short and long term objectives and to execute all jobs according to Company’s Values.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for ensuring all works performed are according to WECSB’s Standard Operating Procedure.
• To carry out all indoor as well as outdoor servicing and repairing jobs and to visit site when necessary.
• To ensure all pumps & equipments which need servicing and repairing are properly labelled, tagged and stored in allocated space.
• To work closely with sales and other departments to ensure all service and repairing jobs are completed as scheduled.
• To complete all service reports within stipulated time frame.
• To keep all service and repair jobs documentation in proper order.
• To ensure all in-house tools are properly maintained and proper housekeeping is being practiced in workshop at all times.
• To learn and improve on company’s product knowledge from time to time.
• Such other related duties as the management may direct.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level,
• Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Basic electrical / mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting will be added advantage.
• Familiar with mechanical tools, i.e. welding equipment.
• Hardworking, reliable and positive working attitude.
• Must be willing to travel outstation when necessary.
• Possess valid driving licence.

責任：

• 負責確保所有工作均按照 WECSB 的標準作業程序進行。
• 負責所有室內外維修保養工作，並視需要到現場進行勘察。
• 確保所有需要維修保養的幫浦和設備都貼上正確的標籤，並存放在指定空間內。
• 與銷售和其他部門密切合作，確保所有服務和維修工作按計劃完成。
• 在規定的時間內完成所有服務報告。
• 妥善保管所有維修保養工作的相關文件。
• 確保所有內部工具都得到妥善維護，並始終在車間內保持良好的衛生習慣。
• 不斷學習並提升公司產品知識。
• 管理層可能指示的其他相關職責。

要求

• 候選人必須至少擁有中學/SPM/“O”水準學歷，
• 高中/STPM/“A”水準/大學預科，機械/電機工程專業證書或同等學歷。
• 所需語言：英語和馬來語。
• 該職位要求至少3年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 具備基本的電氣/機械故障排除知識將是加分。
• 熟悉機械工具，例如焊接設備。
• 勤奮、可靠、工作態度積極。
• 必要時需願意出差到外地。
• 持有有效駕駛執照。
