Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell the Company's air-conditioning and HVAC solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge in air conditioning.
• Experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, M&E, building services, or project sales will be an added advantage.
• With at least 1 - 2 years working experience in same role.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, dynamic team player, self-driven, willing to work under pressure, and with high integrity.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

• 每月和每周向管理層提交報告。

• 工程學或相關領域的學士學位
• 1-2年銷售和儀器領域的工作經驗
• 歡迎工程或相關專業應屆畢業生申請。
• 優秀的溝通、人際溝通、客戶服務和銷售技巧。
