About This Role:

The Senior Product Insights Analyst is the analytical engine of this team, owning the narrative behind every product decision. This isn’t a reporting role. It’s a product intelligence function. 1)          Provide production support for 24x7 on Core Banking applications.

2)          Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

3)          Good understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable.

4)          Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case forcandidate.

5)          Experience in application support role for min 2 years for support orDevelopers

6)          Willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL

7)          Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.

8)          Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries

9)          Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus

10)        Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus,Elasticsearch and Grafana.
