-Develop and maintain Unix Shell scripts and Pro*C and Power Builderapplications

-Design and implement Oracle stored procedures and triggers

-Perform impact analysis for new enhancements

-Act in a Business Analyst capacity including:- Interacting with business users

-Gathering and documenting requirements

-Preparing functional and technical specifications

-Understanding core business processes and working independently

-Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, and batch job monitoring

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and systemstability

Qualifications

MandatorySkillset Required:

-Strong experience in Unix/Linux Shell scripting

-Hands-on experience in Pro*C programming

-Expertise in Oracle DB, including Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Packages

-Strong SQL & PL/SQL knowledge

-5–7 years of hands-on development experience

-Experience handling production support and batch jobs

Additional/ Good to Have Skills:

-Experience in PowerBuilder programming

-Knowledge of Java or Python or JSON programming

Job Scope:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and objectives

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications

• Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and business users throughout project implementation

• Support solution design, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities

• Track issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests to ensure smooth project delivery

• Generate reports, dashboards, and analysis to support business decisions

• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting user stories/use cases for transactional or customer-facing systems

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is preferred

• Familiarity with mobile application projects, UX/UI collaboration, and customer journey design for digital platforms is advantageous

Campaign Operations & Execution

• Execute and deliver campaign fulfilment through processing of customer rewards,communications or distributors rewards, communications
• Execute campaign tasks including data preparation, marketing consent management, campaign system setup, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fulfilment coordination, and handling ad-hoc exceptions.
• Support new campaign processes with automation to increase productivity, reduce risk or improve customer/ distributor experience
• Support Campaign Managers in distributor briefings and ground activations, and act as the primary contact for distributor queries on campaign logistics before and after launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fulfilment platforms to ensure smooth campaign delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
• Track and monitor campaign performance and budgets against approved targets.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure data accuracy, proper segmentation, and compliance with marketing consent requirements.
• Plan and complete user testing for respective platforms to ensure successful campaign deployment or fulfilment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues promptly,including data errors, system glitches, and fulfilment challenges

Responsibilities

• Create UI/UX design styles, reusable design systems, components and design tokens
• Conduct user acceptance testing
• Assist with user tracking and support
• Assist in implementing features for internal web applications and educational technology tools
• Build out front-end components and integrate back-end workflows
• Review AI-generated code snippets
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned
