Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive end-to-end analytics for Anti-Financial Crime projects in a reputed bank . Mandatory Skill-set

The Administration Operations team sits at the heart of how Komainu serves its clients, responsible for the onboarding, ongoing maintenance and servicing of custody accounts. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in digital asset operations at a firm that is defining what institutional-grade custody looks like, working closely with clients, compliance and technology teams in a fast-moving and consequential environment.

Your key responsibilities

·      Oversee the end-to-end client account opening process, ensuring accuracy of setup and a consistently high standard of client experience

·      Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritise onboarding pipelines and provide clients with regular transparent progress updates

·      Manage and monitor ongoing client requests including the effective handling and resolution of exceptions on a daily basis

·      Investigate issues raised by clients or internal stakeholders, escalating to management or Compliance for guidance where necessary

·      Escalate operational issues and control breaches to Operations Management, Compliance and IT teams in a timely manner

·      Maintain a strong working knowledge of Komainu's products and processes to ensure effective support across all operational activities
