MISSION

Le/la spécialiste support et services aux parents de l’IFS a pour mission principale de centraliser et de traiter les questions et demandes des parents de l’IFS concernant l’ensemble des services non pédagogiques. Il/elle est chargé(e) de garantir un niveau élevé de service aux parents et aux familles en centralisant, coordonnant et répondant aux demandes d’information, aux requêtes et aux réclamations liées aux services de l’établissement.

RESPONSABILITES

• Assure le suivi administratif de toutes les demandes reçues (FAQ, statistiques, etc…).

• Coordonne les réponses en collaboration avec les services concernés et veille à la résolution rapide des problèmes.

• Assure le suivi de tous les incidents de discipline dans les bus et garantit une présence quotidienne dans la bus bay (matin et soir).

The Parent Support and Services Department is a department dedicated to all non-pedagogical services offered to families. 

MISSION

The main mission of the IFS Parent Support and Services Specialist is to centralize and respond to the questions and requests of IFS parents for all non-pedagogical services. He/she is responsible for ensuring a high level of service to parents/families by centralizing, coordinating, and resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns related to school services. He/she also supports the efficient operation of transportation and canteen services and collaborates closely with internal departments and external service providers to enhance the overall parent experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding non-academic services.

• Centralize and manage feedback, questions and complaints from IFS parents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operations Support Assistant supports clients/ student care, cleaning, school operations, events, and basic administrative tasks within Fernvale Gardens School.

• Client / Student Care (Special-to-type cleaning)
• Operational Support Events & Activities
• Assist to Maintain Facilities
• Assist with Vector Control
• Operational Support to School
• Simple Admin Tasks

Key Tasks:

• Clean students who soil themselves
• Clean soiled area -
• Manage students' lost-and-found corner
• Open and close the school General Office
• Cover school security duties during Security Officer's lunch-break
• Upkeep sensitive areas (e.g. General Office and P/VP rooms)
• Mann the school when there is weekend maintenance / repair works
• Upkeep of notice-boards
• Oversee sorting and storage of school materials and resources
• Store, shift and maintain school furniture (e.g. tables, desks and chairs
• Assist to respond to fire alarm / incidents (e.g. as fire wardens)
• Maintain cleanliness of MINDS school van/mini-bus (*where applicable)
• Help students safely alight and board buses and accompany them to the holding area upon arrival at the school
• Set up of seating/tables for events
• Put up/remove decorations for special festivities and events
• Packing and distribution of items for programmes and events
• Arrange refreshments for meetings and functions
• Attend to simple faults and repairs
• Assist in facility inspections and reporting, including safety checks, faults and defects
• Assist in simple landscape maintenance
• Assist in looking after school set-ups (e.g. fish aquarium, terrarium, hydroponics farm structure)
• Sorting, packing and shredding of documents
• Simple filing of documents - Simple data entry
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer

• With or without experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Willing to learn and teamwork-oriented
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Relevant certificates from WSQ would be an advantage
