Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers for contract renewals and to promote Singtel services.
• Explain Singtel corporate plans, promotions, and available upgrades.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system.
• Update sales reports on a weekly basis.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and contract completion.
• Stay informed about Singtel products, services, and promotions.
• Follow company guidelines and best practices in telemarketing.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing quick responses.
• Work with Singtel's internal teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll own complex technical queries, act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, and help drive improvements in product, processes, and peer development. You’ll be a change agent on the team solving high-impact problems, supporting cross-functional partners, and driving high-impact, AI-informed solutions. In this position, you will collaborate with various teams in handling the customer's needs to provide excellent customer service promptly and professionally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of customer requests with experience in chat, email, and/or video-based customer support. 
• Provide a consultative approach to customer interactions, proactively identifying ways to help users succeed.
• Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team
• Interact with customers to provide and process accurate, valid, and complete information with the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Ability to support 60-70 customers per week, providing efficient and meaningful support.
• Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets
• Perform problem-solving tasks, provide answers to product-related questions and troubleshooting and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
• Confidently diagnose, reproduce, and troubleshoot technical issues (APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and more).
• Perform ad hoc tasks when requested by the client
• Proactively monitor the client’s dashboards and platforms and actively reach out to customers who need extra support with troubleshooting 
• Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations
• Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction
• Work with the external team to stay updated on product and service knowledge
• Contribute to internal projects and pilots aimed at improving teammate efficiency and the overall customer experience

YOU HAVE…

• At least a bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about!
• Technical Support experience with  3–5 years in customer support and 1–2 years in SaaS, B2B, or complex product environments.
• Experience using Intercom, or similar SaaS platforms
  Experience in chat, email, and/or video-based customer support.
• Display strong communication skills and are able to break down complex topics for non-technical users.
• Technically Fluent and confident in navigating APIs, debugging workflows, and digging into systems to get to the root of an issue.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About Healthcare Support Department:

Healthcare Support Department supports frail/home-bound elderly in their healthcare needs so that they can remain to age well at the comfort of their homes and in the community. The department understands the challenges faced in taking care of elderly at home. They ensure there is continuity of care integrating healthcare and social support whenever necessary so that caregivers and their loved ones will be well-supported and enjoy good care at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visit to render occupational therapy to clients in the premise of their own homes
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and internal or external partners to support clients’ overall well-being.
• Perform thorough client assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organisational standards.
• Deliver evidence-based individualised care through holistic comprehensive assessment, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Maintain high quality patient documentation and records.
• Coordinate locum occupational therapy services for clients.
• Manage and supervise a team of Healthcare Assistants who provide Home Personal Care service to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must be fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council.
• At least 2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting or community setting.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing teams and providing supervision
• Passionate to work with the elderly and their caregivers
• Comfortable conducting therapy in clients’ homes, with adaptability to different environments.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a capable and motivated Level 2 (L2) Application Support Engineer to join our operations and support team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our production systems by investigating incidents, resolving complex technical issues, and working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams.

You will be part of a cross-functional team that values service reliability, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement in the systems we support.

Responsibilities

Incident & Application Support
• Provide second-line (L2) support for production and staging systems, handling escalations from L1 Support.
• Investigate application errors, system alerts, performance degradation, and integration issues.
• Restore services within agreed SLA/OLA timelines and ensure proper incident closure.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-impact incidents.
• Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce incident recurrence.

Collaboration & Escalation
• Work closely with L3 engineers, DevOps, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide clear technical findings, logs, and evidence when escalating issues.
• Participate in incident bridges, post-incident reviews, and operational discussions.

Operational Excellence
• Monitor system health, alerts, dashboards, and logs to proactively identify issues.
• Execute approved configuration changes, patches, and operational fixes.
• Support deployment, release, and maintenance activities when required.

Automation & Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to automation of operational tasks, monitoring, and alerting where applicable.
