1. Process Parameter Control

• Perform daily checks on all process parameters (temperature, pH, current, bath levels, flow, pump condition).

4. Equipment & Line Readiness

• Support preventive maintenance activities for pumps, agitators, rectifiers, chillers, filtration systems, and plating/anodizing tanks.

• Assist maintenance team in diagnosing equipment abnormalities that affect production stability.

• Ensure calibration of basic instruments (pH meter, conductivity, thickness gauges) is done on time.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Complete production forms, bath check sheets, process logs, and operator audit records accurately.

• Update SOPs and work instructions when process changes occur.

• Prepare daily reports on process status, defects, and deviations.

6. Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Ensure safe handling of parts, chemicals, jigs, and equipment.

Qualifications

(A) Essential Job Functions:

The Design Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Coordination of civil/structural works for construction.
• To attend meetings with client, subcontractors and consultants, etc.
• Attend to site issues, ensuring timely response of RFI, coordinate CO substantiations, material costing and estimation.
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structural design discrepancies and construction issues.
• Coordinate with consultants an liaise with authorities for updates and submissions of project design.
• Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issues.
• Liaise and coordinate with other stakeholders and consultants on the design and technical issues relating to temporary works.

(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum Degree holder in Civil/Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in the Construction industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the routine PM, Cal and ad-hoc repair of equipment (fridges, freezers, stability chambers, incubators, ovens, isolators, etc) with corresponding vendors.
• Collaborate with field service engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure equipment remain in a qualified state after repairs, software updates, or relocation.
• Generate comprehensive and audit-ready documentation for all GMP activities, ensuring compliance.
• Conduct checks to verify equipment functions according to manufacturer specifications and user requirements.
• Train laboratory staff on the proper use of qualified equipment and associated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical expertise related to equipment maintenance.
• Manage equipment alarms timely and determine root cause of alarms.
• Analyze alarm trends and take proactive actions to maintain equipment in healthy state.

About You:

• Bachelor degree in a relevant scientific field(e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline). 
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in pharma or biotech facilities. 
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a pharma or biotech facility 
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. 
• Must be a self-starter, fast learner, curious with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn 
• Reliable and Responsible

Contract: 12 months, subject to renewal based on performance
