JOB DUTIES
Coordinate and supervise site works.
Monitor project progress and schedule.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirement
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
Relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Knowledge of renovation and construction processes.
Good coordination and communication skills.
