• Actively apply appropriate best practices and lessons learned throughout the life of the project. Monitor, control and report KPIs defined in customer contract.
• Ensure data in all project-related tools and repositories is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct thorough risk management for all project risks and opportunities
• Lead the project team to execute against the project objectives
• Complete the project closure and handover as required, and include: complete contractual requirements, post calculation and, lessons learned
• Drive and close out any operational issues that arise during project delivery phases until handover complete and accepted by run teams.
• Maintain all project artifacts, including infrastructure diagrams, technical specifications, and configurations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving across infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, or similar combined roles, managing enterprise-wide,
• complex SD-WAN projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure principles, network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and security mechanisms.
• Well versed on IT Service Management processes such as incident, change, problem management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and manage budgets and resources.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross -functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL, are a plus.
