About the Role

Aureus Group is looking for Centre Directors who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in the direction of working towards the company goals. • Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily

A. Initial 6-Month Training Period (Bunker Cargo Officer Trainee)
Trainees will undergo on-the-job training led by experienced Bunker Cargo Officers and Cargo Superintendents, along with external certification courses for SS 648:2024 and SS 600:2014. The Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities for a period of 6 months across various sectors. 

The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy. It supports structured traineeships for trainees to gain hands-on industry-relevant experience and skills, preparing them for successful transition into full-time employment.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:  

• Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

• Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026

• Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship

MAIN PURPOSE

• Work closely with Asia Pacific (APAC) market communications teams to research, develop and implement ongoing communications and sustainability initiatives

• Write impactful stories and articles for employee engagement activities and the company’s intranet

• Develop internal and external communications assets including (but not limited to) slide decks, EDMs, posters, videos etc., to support business communications

• Liaise with stakeholders within and outside of Shiseido based on project requirements

• Organise and support internal events within Shiseido

• Research, monitor and update the communications team on market trends and stakeholder insights relevant for Shiseido’s business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate with background in Communication Studies, Business or Social Sciences preferred

• Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English

• Multimedia design skills for content creation such as EDMs, video, newsletters etc. Familiarity with Canva preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Creative, takes initiative and has a problem-solving mindset

Contract Duration: 27 Jul 2026 to 26 Jul 2027; 1 Year (Non-extendable; other opportunities may be available upon contract end)

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours). May be required to work on weekend occasionally for programmes/school visits.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Programme

• Work closely in a team of two, to manage school visits to signature programmes, museum-based learning (MLB) programmes for Primary 6. The incumbent will be seated at the museum/gallery.

• Keep track and handle school bookings via booking portal, emails, and phone calls, etc.

• Answer email and phone enquiries from schools.

• Welcome school groups to the museums, conduct mass briefings to large groups, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.

• Prepare and co-ordinate logistics, security services, and learning resources required.

• Monitor, stock take and procure MBL resources.

• Update programme SOP and guidelines when required.

• Collate and track the relevant monthly statistics/KPIs.

 Secondary Duties and Responsibilities 

School Workshops, Programmes and Exhibitions 

• Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes. 

• Assist in the coordination and the running of the workshops or programmes – both onsite and online. 

• Work with the Education Managers in research and content development in the following domains – Early Childhood Programmes, Education Programmes, Access Programmes. 

• Handle the dissemination and distribution of marketing materials like school brochures, newsletter, resource kits etc. 

• Assist in maintaining exhibition interpretive spaces. 

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the incumbent’s supervisor. 

Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Diploma or Degree is preferred. Field of study: Arts management, education, art, history, or museum/gallery-related is preferred. 
• Minimum number of years of experience: With relevant experiences is preferred, others are welcome to apply too. 

Skillset: 

• Able to manage large student groups up to 120pax per session. 

• Able to give mass briefing in a clear, firm and professional manner. 

• Able to work well in and adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain calm in unpredictable situations. 

• Able to work well in a team of two/small team. 

• Professional communication and good email writing skills as the incumbent will be handling large volume of email correspondences with teachers, stakeholders and vendors.

To support the Key Accounts – Mecca and Sephora Business and assist in collecting, managing and analysis of large data sets – for business decisions and analysis of reports.

• Ability to analyse data and derive key insights (e.g., business implications) that guide key
