Position Objective

• As a member of the School Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Parent Experience (PX) provides single-point leadership for how families experience communication, engagement, and day-to-day interactions with the school.

Responsibilities

Parent Experience Leadership

• Provide end-to-end oversight of the parent experience environment across communication, engagement, and service interactions.

• Define clear parent experience priorities aligned to school strategy and to regional Parent Experience frameworks.

• Establish and monitor parent-facing operational standards (e.g., communication Service Level Agreements (SLA), issue resolution discipline, front-facing service quality).

• Regularly “walk the parent experience” to identify friction points and confidence gaps to be addressed.

Strategic Communications

This role is a newly created senior role with a specific focus on our Asian business. You will be a key member of the Global Regulatory Compliance Team, based in Malaysia or Singapore and with a direct reporting line to the global team head (based in Amsterdam).

What you'll do

As Director, Regulatory Compliance, Asia you will deliver on the regulatory engagement strategy and maintain our licensing responsibilities for our regulated financial services entities across Asia. You will coordinate with all internal and external parties to ensure compliance through the communication of regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration to productize solutions and offerings, implementation and execution of processes and interfacing with our regulators. You will also help to continue to build our global regulatory compliance program based on the 2 lines of defence principle. Responsibilities:

• Leadership team member within the Global Regulatory Compliance Team for Airwallex

• Support the Airwallex Group’s expansion by managing the regulatory compliance components of licence authorisation processes

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in law from a recognised university or analogous Compliance qualifications / experience;

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance in a regulated financial institution, FinTech, legal / consulting firm, or combination of the above;

• Familiarity with financial regulatory laws, rules, regulations and industry best practices across the Asia region;

• Significant experience in a variety of regulatory legal or compliance roles, with experience in managing teams across multiple geographies;

• Experience in dealing with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Bank Negara Malaysia and other financial services regulators in Asia;

About the Role

We're looking for a senior marketing analytics leader who can connect the dots between business goals, growth marketing performance, and data-driven decision making. This is a newly created position within the Marketing organization.

You will start as a hands-on individual contributor, building the foundations of marketing measurement, experimentation, and planning from the ground up. As the function scales, you will help shape the operating model and future team structure, acting as a key thought partner to senior marketing and business leaders.

YES 933 is Singapore's number one Mandarin hit music stationwith the latest entertainment and trend-setting news for the young and vibrant.You will be responsible for working with the Morning Drive Time and EveningDrive Time team.

Scope of the role

Coordinate the content and programming line-up for ourflagship radio show and will report to the Program Director. The producer actsas the critical link between guests, presenters, technical, editorial and programming support.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver excellent, original radio programming and daily rundown from Monday to Friday in close cooperation with Programming Director and MDT & EDT team, including talk-set time management, ability to know and lookout for pitfalls, tech difficulties or dangerous content, proof-reading all content, and maintaining and updating story arcs of MDT and EDT team
• Be completely familiar with show format/concept/ideology/humor
• Brainstorm with MDT and EDT team regarding topics/story ideas/guests, to generate content and ideas for benchmarks
• Manage a calendar, including topics where a follow up is required (e.g., Anniversaries, including forward thinking grid planning for topics and segments)
• Create, Collect and Contribute to and make use of an archive of audio resources which can be re-used, whether externally or from the team
• Collaborate with MDT and EDT team to create and produce daily, weekly and monthly rotated trailers for various benchmarks and dayparts
• Plan and book guests for “live” interview segment and work with the Social Media Community Manager to ensure all interviews are pushed out on social media platforms with immediacy, including creating a stable of experts for various genres
• Generate video / social media content for daily, weekly output for benchmarks and segments, including editing video content, across different platforms as well as supporting the station in managing its TikTok presence by planning programmes, brainstorming content ideas with jocks, and aligning on-air content with digital storytelling
• Support MDT team and Station with content creation for station-related promo campaigns, and brand-building outreach
• Have a complete and updated understanding of copyright and media law
• Ensure the growth of ratings for MDT n EDT
• Actively participate in station events planning and execution
• Involve in station programming planning for the year
• Provide mentorship to newbies
• Work closely, research and plan events with Music Label, Concert promoter, Movie distributors, Institute of Learning and other associations/partners.

Foundational competencies

• Production experience in the broadcast media (radio, video, social media) and an awareness of what makes good entertainment radio
• Keen ear and eye for local and international hot points, trending news and general knowledge, with an ability to get to groups with new subject matter quickly while staying relevant to the TA
• Strong interest in social media and digital trends
• A real interest in, and curiosity about, all sorts of people, and be able to make connections between different ideas and subjects
• Proficient in applications such as Pro-tools, as Pro-tools, basic knowledge of photo editing and image design apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator, any video editing software.
• An understanding how to do live streaming for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to work irregular hours occasionally, depending on shift patterns

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma in any discipline
• 1 year working experience preferred
• Good proficiency in Chinese language both spoken and written, in order to write scripts for the Chinese radio station
