The Strategy & Transformation Office is responsible for driving UOI’s transformation strategy and execution. This spans a range of projects and initiatives across the company, including process improvement, technology delivery, business strategy and Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in Artificial Intelligence solutions that impact the company’s strategic growth initiatives across systems, processes, sales and culture
• Plan, setup and execute the AI roadmap and initiatives – ranging from assessing opportunity, scoping requirements, conducting RFP, managing delivery to post go live support and ongoing enhancements
• Teamwork with fellow project managers, business analysts, developers, testers, users and other stakeholders and be accountable for overall delivery of the AI initiatives within budget, scope and timelines
• Be the bridge between STO/IT teams and business users/senior management, advising AI development in the industry as well as execution progress
• Manage project risks and issues to ensure optimal delivery, including proactively identifying and solving problems and change management
• Maintaining internal and external customer satisfaction through the projects and initiatives
• Manage resource allocation, project burn rates and budgets on an on-going weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Manage vendors, including SOW development and change requests
• Setup programme governance, frameworks and documentation
• Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture aligned with our Core Values
• Collaborate with Reporting Managers on AI strategy in the company, factoring in related transformation initiatives
• Take on other projects or tasks that may be assigned by Reporting Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent 
• At least 8+ years of experience in managing complex system modernization or system implementation or replacement projects as a delivery manager or project manager
• Strong project management (waterfall/agile), change management (people side of change/projects) and facilitation skills
• Strong delivery manager with embedded governance discipline, ensuring all transformation. initiatives are executed in compliance with formal change control, project governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations
• Experience managing multiple vendors and multiple projects/workstreams with strong stakeholder engagement
• Good understanding of technologies and best practices: AI, Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, API and microservices, etc
• Good understanding of the technology landscape that is applicable for general insurers in Singapore along with regulatory requirements and insurance industry trends in general
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and vendors to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent people skills and comfort in meeting and presenting to a range of stakeholders from C-suite to junior developers

The Singapore Translational Cancer Consortium (STCC) aims to strengthen the overall impact of cancer research and translation in Singapore by bringing together key basic, clinical and translational teams on joint platforms to actively establish and implement collaborative cancer programmes. STCC is part of the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS) umbrella of research-related business entities and is supported by the National Research Foundation, Singapore (NRF) and the Singapore Ministry of Health through the National Medical Research Council (NMRC) Office, MOH Holdings Pte Ltd.

STCC; a nationally coordinated consortium to synergise cancer research capabilities in Singapore, brings together unmatched basic, clinical, and translational talent in Singapore to create globally significant peaks of excellence in selected Asian cancers.

About the Role

The Programme Manager will support the STCC Programme Office in coordinating and executing key translational research programmes, while facilitating collaboration across STCC platforms. The role aims to strengthen STCC’s ability to deliver multi-institutional programmes and improve alignment between clinical, research, data, and industry-facing activities. The incumbent will work across programmes and platforms, with scope to progressively take on greater responsibility as familiarity with STCC’s operations increases. The role will also support improved coordination across programmes and platforms to enable more efficient translation of STCC capabilities into research and collaboration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Execution

• Support planning and execution of STCC programmes by:
  Developing and tracking workplans, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinating stakeholders across institutions and platforms.
• Follow up on action items to ensure steady progress of programmes.
• Provide support to programme leads to achieve defined objectives.

Cross-Platform Coordination

• Facilitate coordination across STCC platforms for programme implementation.
• Work with platform managers, leads and other stakeholders to:
  Align activities where programmes involve multiple platforms.Clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Identify coordination issues or bottlenecks and escalate where appropriate.

Platform and Collaboration Support

• Support platforms in linking their capabilities with programme and collaboration needs
• Assist in preparation of materials or proposals for internal and external collaborations
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders for partnership-related activities

Programme Office Coordination & Leadership Support

• Support overall Programme Office coordination, including:
  Programme tracking and reportingPreparation and coordination of meetingsDocumentation and follow-up on action items
• Assist in preparing materials for internal and external discussions and meetings
• Support coordination of key initiatives across stakeholders and ensure timely follow-through
• Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the Programme Office to enhance efficiency and clarity

Requirements

• Degree or Masters in health & biological sciences or related discipline; a PhD is not essential but will be an advantage
• Prior experience in healthcare or science sector is a plus
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting both administrative and student-service functions for the NUS Business School undergraduate programme. This includes overseeing academic and university-level processes, while working closely with students, faculty members, academic departments, and other University units.

This role is well suited for an independent, organised, and detail-oriented professional who is able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The incumbent will also support the Team Lead in driving continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, data analysis, and course projection.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Programme Administration & Student Support

• Support the Course Registration Exercise, including system setup, appeals processing, and student enquiries.
• Administer Independent Study Course (ISC), including application review, course allocation, monitoring timelines, and gathering student feedback.
• Support BIZ Dissertation, including application review, course allocation, appointment of examiners, presentation and grade submission.
• Host the Advance Placement Test (APT), including registration, test setup, release of results, invigilation, and Advance Placement Credit (APC) posting.
• Review Leave of Absence (LOA) applications, including assessing documents and preparing recommendations to the Deanery.
• Process the University Withdrawal requests, including document review, student advisory & counselling.

2) Faculty Support & Engagement

• Work closely with faculty members, supervisors on ISC/dissertation/APT and related matters (e.g., topic scoping, supervision logistics, grade scheme alignment) to uphold academic rigour and integrity.
• Build strong working relationships with department administrators and faculty members to support the smooth operations of the Undergraduate Office.
• Provide administrative and operational support to faculty members, academic departments, and the Deanery as required

3) Student Experience & Service Delivery

• Monitor student progress for ISC and dissertation modules through periodic checks and follow-up on submission timelines.
• Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication to students on expectations, requirements, timelines, and assessment criteria.
• Manage student enquiries professionally and provide guidance, including referral to relevant stakeholders where appropriate.

4) Operations, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all processes comply with University and School policies and regulations.
• Review end-to-end workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
• Participate in curriculum team-related initiatives such as automation projects, process improvement, data analysis).

5) Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Undergraduate Studies Office, departments, faculty members, and central University units.
• Provide guidance and advisory support to department administrators and faculty members on academic processes when required.
• Prepare statistics, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making by senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in higher education administration, programme management, or student support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Service-oriented, patient and mature when handling student or academic matters.
• Able to work well in a structured but evolving academic environment.
• IT-savvy; candidates who can demonstrate good knowledge or experience in implementing automation (power automate) or AI projects, data analysis (using power BI) would be strongly considered.
