The platform supports observability, real-time personalization, and business analytics by processing tens of billions of events per hour at petabyte scale.
2. Customer Data Platform (CDP) enables Grab Teams to onboard and register Grab's customer data and make it available for Online Serving, ML Models, Segmentation, and Real Time targeting to power personalization use cases across the company.
