Team management and development

The Contracts & Compliance (C&C) Assistant Manager is responsible for Contracts Review, Negotiation, and Compliance matters in the Research Division at NCCS.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and Manage C&C unit

• Track and manage legal agreements, and maintain legal agreement database,

What You Do

As a Senior Personal Wealth Manager, you will be based at one of OCBC’s Island‑wide branches, providing comprehensive, one‑stop financial advisory and banking services to customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing holistic financial advisory services through the active promotion and cross‑selling of OCBC’s full suite of bank‑approved wealth management products, including insurance, investments, Mortgage loans, unit trusts, structured deposits, and any other financial products and services approved by the Bank from time to time.

• In consultation with Branch Manager, developing monthly action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, supporting new business growth and customer acquisition objectives

• Adopting a consultative selling approach to understand customers’ financial needs, life goals, and risk profiles, and recommending suitable solutions

• Performing account opening and any ongoing servicing for new and existing customers to deliver customer excellence, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow‑ups, and adherence to the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements

• Providing customer engagement and support through tele‑consulting and the servicing of walk‑in customers, as well as after‑care support, including handling customer feedback and enquiries, and responding to customers’ day‑to‑day banking and servicing needs in a timely and professional manner

• Working according to branch operating hours, and supporting roadshows, clients’ events, and attending customer appointments as required to meet business and customer engagement needs

• Proactively building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, deepening engagement through regular reviews and relevant financial insights

Who you are

• Preferably has a Degree or a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant retail banking sales experience.
• Results-oriented go-getter who works well under pressure.
• Prepared to have flexible working hours that may include working on weekends.
• Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant financial advisory experiences and proven sales records will be considered for Senior Personal Wealth Manager position.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Consultant to lead the design and delivery of complex SAP solutions within retail environments. This role is critical in shaping end-to-end retail transformations—bridging business strategy with SAP capabilities to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation across multi-channel retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Retail solutions across multiple project phases (discover, design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize)

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating complex retail requirements into scalable SAP architectures

• Drive and facilitate detailed business process workshops, ensuring alignment across merchandising, pricing, inventory, supply chain, and omnichannel operations

• Own and lead fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and functional design documentation with a focus on best practices and future-state processes

• Provide functional leadership to a team of consultants, ensuring quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and alignment with program objectives

• Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and external systems (e.g., POS, eCommerce, warehouse management)

• Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities, proactively recommending solutions to stakeholders

• Support testing strategies (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live readiness, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SAP solutions within the retail industry, with strong exposure to core retail processes

• Proven track record in leading functional workstreams or teams in large-scale SAP transformation programs

• Deep understanding of retail operations (e.g., merchandising, store operations, supply chain) and ability to map these to SAP solutions

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting workshops, managing fit-gap analysis, and driving solution design decisions

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences

• Experience across full SAP project lifecycle, including blueprint, build, and go-live phases

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail or CAR (Customer Activity Repository)

• Exposure to omnichannel retail transformations or large-scale ERP implementations

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
